We meet at the property, review your drawings or talk through what you have, and walk the scope, budget, and timeline together.
Itemized bid
We send the trades out for competitive pricing and come back with an itemized proposal and a real start date. No mystery numbers.
Contract & permits
One contract with us. We pull permits, line up engineering where it’s required, and verify every subcontractor’s license and insurance before they start.
Build
We schedule and manage every trade on the job. Regular updates, one point of contact, from foundation to finish.
Walkthrough
We walk the finished job together, clear the punch list before final payment, and stand behind the work after you take the keys.
