Design-build
for the families
who live here.
Locally owned. Licensed and insured. Quietly building kitchens, additions, ADUs, and custom homes from Swansboro to Sneads Ferry — the right way, the first time.

We design and build under one roof, so the kitchen you imagined doesn’t get lost in translation between three different companies. One team. One contract. One point of contact from sketch to final walkthrough.
Our team lives in Onslow County. Subs we’ve worked with for years. No driving up from Wilmington.
Itemized proposals. No mystery markups. The number we quote is the number you pay, unless you change scope.
PCS timelines, deployment communication, milspouse decision-making. We’ve built that way for years.
Four ways we work, all under one roof.

The way we like to build a kitchen.
Custom rift-sawn oak cabinetry. Honed soapstone counters. Antique brass hardware. Daylight where it matters most. The kind of work we’re known for — built in twelve weeks or less.
- Scope
- Kitchen + dining
- Typical sqft
- 300 – 500
- Typical timeline
- 8 – 12 weeks
- Range

For the families
of Camp Lejeune.
We build around PCS timelines. We talk through major decisions on Saturday mornings when a deployment makes the kitchen a one-spouse decision. We know the VA construction loan paperwork by name. And we’ll pause and resume on the schedule the orders give you.
- —VA construction loan familiar
- —Deployment-aware decision rhythm
- —PCS-timeline contract clauses
- —Milspouse-as-primary communication
- —Off-base rental turn-key remodels
- —Storm-aware coastal building
