Onslow Construction is a licensed North Carolina general contractor based in Jacksonville, run by Joseph Valentine. We build and manage residential and multi-family construction across Onslow, Pender, and Carteret counties. We don’t commute up from Wilmington for it. We’re here.

We work the way a general contractor should. You sign one contract with us, and we handle the rest: pulling permits, lining up engineering, hiring and scheduling every trade, and verifying each subcontractor’s current license and certificate of insurance before they set foot on the site. When scope or price changes, it’s documented in a written change order, not a handshake you can’t prove later.

Most projects start with a phone call and a set of plans. Whether it’s a fourplex for an investor, a custom home, or an addition on the house you already own, you get a real, itemized bid before you commit, and one person who answers for the whole job.
